Using my soothing voice and over a decade of practice, I will guide you into a gently altered state of mind to attain inner peace, help with sleep, or help you manifest your desired goal. You may choose a meditation with or without visualization, or a hypnotic sleep induction to help with rest and dreaming.

Your first appointment in this category may include up to 10 minutes of conversational exploration to determine the right approach for you. Session is via Zoom.

Payment for live sessions is non-refundable, though appointments can be rescheduled if needed. ‘No call/No show’ appointments cannot be rescheduled - please notify any necessary time changes at least 12 hours in advance. Clients who do not notify and do not show and do not show within 10 minutes of appointment time will be charged an additional 50% of the appointment cost to reschedule.
